Dear Colleagues

The Callover of Civil Cases for the week commencing 19th January 2021 will take place at Clonmel Courthouse on Monday 14th December 2020 at 12.00 noon.

If the parties have agreed to adjourn a case to the next callover or to seek a date, the parties may email details of same to me at jamesseymour@courts.ie and they need not be in attendance at the callover.

If the parties have agreed to seek a date for hearing, they can email me with an estimate of the duration of the hearing and the number of persons who will be in attendance (including solicitor, party and counsel), and they need not be in attendance at the callover.

PLEASE NOTE: Where a case is called at the callover and there is no appearance by any party and there has been no email sent to me, I will strike out the Notice of Trial in that case for failure to attend at the callover.

James Seymour
County Registrar for Tipperary, Kilkenny & Wexford
